- Call 720-935-0135 to arrange the correct visit length and location. The public portal currently lists a generic “Not sure? Call to schedule” 30-minute option; this does not reserve a full assessment or longer treatment.
- We confirm the service, fee, appointment length, location and time before your visit. Existing patients can also use their secure portal to request follow-up scheduling.
No payment is required to request an appointment. The $0 shown for a generic scheduling option is the amount due when requesting, not the price of your care. We confirm your service and fee before the appointment. Your visit fee is charged at the visit. Visits included in an active membership are covered under that membership, with no additional visit charge. Website inquiry forms do not reserve appointments.

Expected response time: We return phone calls within one business day. Existing patients should use the secure SimplePractice portal for clinical messages; nonurgent messages are generally answered within 1–2 business days during business hours. Complex concerns or treatment changes may require a scheduled visit.
Emergency care: Summit Peak Wellness is not an urgent care or emergency facility. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, contact your primary care provider or visit an urgent care center.
