The Summit Peak Healthspan Assessment
Know where you stand, what matters most, and what to do next. One clinician-led assessment brings together your health history, body composition, strength, fitness, recovery, metabolic and hormonal context into one clear Healthspan Profile and prioritized plan.
The Summit Peak Healthspan Assessment is the flagship starting point for Summit Peak Wellness. It combines the existing Whole-Health clinical evaluation with the same standardized performance measurements and Healthspan Profile infrastructure already used in Active for Life — rather than creating a second, duplicate assessment system.
During this comprehensive evaluation, Holly Powell, MSN, MBA, FNP-C, reviews your complete health picture: history and symptoms, medications, weight and body composition, nutrition, strength and functional capacity, cardiovascular fitness when appropriate, sleep and recovery, stress, hormonal and metabolic context, relevant labs and cardiovascular risk, and the goals that matter in your real life.
The outcome is designed to answer three questions clearly: Where do I stand? What matters most? What should I do next? You leave with a consumer-safe Summit Peak Healthspan Profile, your current strengths, your top 1–2 priorities, a personalized 90-day roadmap, and a recommended reassessment plan so progress can be measured rather than guessed.
What We Evaluate
The Summit Peak Healthspan Assessment is not a pass/fail fitness test and is not a biological-age calculation. It is a structured clinical and functional baseline designed to show the areas that currently support your healthspan and the areas most worth improving next. Not every measure is appropriate for every person; testing is selected based on your goals, safety, and clinical context.
Why It Matters
If you are tired, gaining weight, sleeping poorly, and feeling stressed — those are not four separate problems. They are connected. Hormones affect sleep. Sleep affects appetite. Stress affects hormones. Nutrition affects energy. Without looking at the whole picture, you end up treating symptoms without addressing root causes.
The Healthspan Assessment brings those pieces into one understandable profile. The goal is not to generate more data. It is to identify which findings are meaningful, which strengths should be protected, and which one or two priorities deserve focused attention now.
Who It's For
This assessment is ideal for anyone who feels like something is off but has been told their labs are normal. It is for the executive who wants a proactive health check. It is for the woman in perimenopause who feels different but cannot explain why. It is for anyone who wants a provider to look at the whole picture rather than one symptom at a time.
Practical Questions
The assessment is designed to answer the questions that matter most to you right now — not just to produce lab numbers.
What You Receive
You do not leave with a generic handout. You leave with a comprehensive baseline and a clear plan.
Your Journey
A focused clinician visit reviews your history, symptoms, medications, goals, lifestyle, existing labs, and the health concerns that matter most to you.
Using the existing Active for Life measurement workflows, we collect appropriate baseline measures such as body composition, blood pressure, grip strength, lower-body function, balance/mobility, and submaximal cardiovascular fitness when appropriate.
Existing Healthspan Profile and priority-engine infrastructure turns valid results into a consumer-safe summary of strengths and your top 1–2 priorities. We do not create a second score or duplicate algorithm.
Your priorities become a practical plan for nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, metabolic or menopause support as relevant, plus targeted labs/referrals and a reassessment schedule.
What You Receive
Your assessment is designed to become an actionable roadmap, not a one-time report. The app supports your nutrition, exercise, sleep, recovery, habits, and progress tracking between visits so your next reassessment can show what actually changed.
Questions & Answers
An annual physical typically focuses on preventive screening, disease management, and medication needs. The Summit Peak Healthspan Assessment is a separate, cash-pay evaluation focused on understanding how your clinical context, body composition, strength, fitness, recovery, metabolic health, and lifestyle fit together — then identifying the few priorities most worth working on next. It does not replace primary care.
